MY STORY
I grew my account to 190,000 followers by posting TikTok videos in my car on my lunch break.
In January of 2021, I felt God start speaking to me about posting videos on social media. I thought it was so random and so strange but He was making is so clear. I shared what God was showing me to my husband and we prayed this simple prayer, "God if this is something Melissa should give her time to, would you just make it clear. Amen."
5 days later I uploaded a video of my kids sledding on a platform I had kind of heard of called TikTok and that video generated 22 million views and I landed a spot on the Kelly Clarkson Show. We felt like maybe that was a clear sign.
From that point, I continued posting videos in my car on my lunch break and I grew my account to over 190,000 followers in that year. I truly believe Social Media is a mission field that God wants to see people be a force for good for his kingdom and use it as a tool to GO for the gospel. Whether you're a business owner, ministry leader or just a girl who loves Jesus like me, your voice and your story mattes. God wants to use it and I want to help you share it.
